The receptionist was very helpful and the lady doctor I saw at 12.45pm on August 13th was very good. I also was surprised to get a same day appointment.

Impossible to see a GP within an acceptable time. When waiting over a week for an appointment and finally visiting, the waiting room is empty. Was bad before Covid but even worse now. The decline in service and care is unbelievable. Also getting through on the phone is an absolute joke. If you’re not in a 30 person queue at 8am you might as well hang up.
