   I have used Westbury Medical Centre services twice in the last few weeks and been really impressed each time. I contacted the surgery with a query via email and was told I should receive a reply within 48 hours. The GP's response was in my inbox early the following morning and within 48 hours I'd had a telephone consultation and blood/BP tests. A week later I've had another telephone consultation to discuss results, sort medication and arrange follow-up appointments. I know lots of people complain about accessibility to their GP practice and the service they receive, but I can't fault mine. Thanks to the whole team at Westbury.
