I recently had cause to visit the surgery on two occasions. All aspects of care were perfect. My wife and I were also given booster Covid and flu vaccinations on a third visit. The queue for vaccination was very well handled and the good humour of the staff was the only 'infectious' thing on offer. Great stuff. Made me very thankful for the NHS and proud of a system that recognises health as a human right.

The busy flu clinic day was hard work but great that we managed to get patients vaccinated so early in the season. Thank you again.

When I damaged my back and suffered with extreme pain, I needed to speak to a doctor for advice and needed some sort of pain relief. My wife went into the surgery and asked for the Duty Doctor to call me. This call came on the same day, mid afternoon, i.e. just a few hours after requested. The doctor prescribed medication, the prescription was sent to the Chemist immediately, my wife picked up the prescription and I started taking the tables on the same day. I cannot say how thankful I was for this very quick service. Firstly by the receptionist who understood the importance. Then the Duty Doctor who already was busy that day, but still took the time to call me. And the Chemist in North View. Thank you to all.

I visited for my Covid jab recently and was very impressed with how efficient it was. I also received a 2 page leaflet advising on who does what. It was extremely informative, and shows how much work goes into offering the services you provide. Thank you.
