I am 72 years old and have not seen a Doctor face to Face for over 4 Years, I can never get an appointment and have little experience of Computers, However I am expected to use the online service to send a message to a Doctor, My unsuccessful attempts to log in have locked me out of the account and I can not contact the surgery to reinstate it due to the surgery being closed. I thought Doctors were supposed to be caring and helpful but at this surgery they seem make it as difficult as possible for the elderly to contact help in the hope they will just go away. I need urgent assistance as I am currently suffering from a restriction in my Euretha, I am also waiting for a Knee replacement ( over 4 Years now ). I am also in chronic pain due to a Tibialis Posteria Tendon Insufficiency. I am now at the stage where I am considering having my foot amputated as due to the constant pain I am unable to walk more than a few Yards. Pleas get a Doctor to Ring Me before it’s too late.
