My recent experience with the receptionist was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Upon calling to schedule an appointment, the receptionist was immediately dismissive and seemed annoyed by my request. Despite explaining that my condition was urgent and that I had been experiencing severe symptoms, she was indifferent and unapologetic. Her tone was condescending and rude, making me feel like a burden rather than a patient in need of medical attention. Furthermore, she insisted that the earliest available appointment was in 3 weeks, without offering any alternative solutions or considering the severity of my situation. As a healthcare provider, one would expect a degree of empathy and a willingness to assist patients in distress, but I experienced neither. The receptionist's lack of professionalism and compassion is utterly unacceptable. A receptionist is often the first point of contact for patients, and their behaviour sets the tone for the entire practice. This experience has caused me considerable stress and has made me question whether my health and well-being are genuinely prioritised at this clinic.

I went to speak to a doctor about my asthma symptoms bc I was struggling with breathing a bit earlier on in the day. I am a person who struggles to get my words out and I find it hard to explain things, I tried to explain my triggers and when I get my symptoms and he didn’t even let me speak for 20 seconds before dismissing me and saying that I don’t have it and why did I come to the gp practice. I explained to him I spoke to a specialist nurse about my symptoms that’s why I even came and he said she must not have the knowledge that he does and from his expert opinion he believes I don’t, bare in mind I didn’t even finish explaining the first symptom and he also said I must not have or bc I couldn’t find the words to phrase it. He didn’t even examine me properly and he did it haphazardly like he was rushing and had somewhere to be. He is incredibly rude and I’m disgusted with how he spoke to me. I am in the healthcare field as well so I know about dignity and respect and this was far from it. It’s shocking how rude and disrespectful people can be.

doctor had no patient but decided to spend no more then 30 second with my son. this Doctor should have never been there as it felt like life doesn't mean anything to this doctor. he didn't even bother to check 8 year old how ill he is , felt like he wasn't even bother
