Once again I’ve experienced exceptional service from westcroft health centre staff. I desperately needed a medication as I’d run out and not realised. I rang the surgery and spoke to a staff member, who reassured me that she would try her best to organise my prescription and that she would email a doctor to explain the importance of this. This is the second time that this staff member has gone over and above to help me and was also understanding and empathetic to my medical situation. I thank her and all the team for the help and support they offer.

I have needed to have several appointments recently. On all occasions I have phoned at 8.00 and have got through to the receptionist within 5 minutes. I have then been able to get an appointment the same day. I am very pleased with the service I have received, including seeing the trainee doctor. When I have arrived for my appointment the waiting room has been pleasant, not overcrowded, and the waiting time has been minimal, sometimes straight away. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. This is all a huge improvement on how the practice used to be run and the practice manager should be praised. Huge thanks!

The help and support I have received from Westcroft Health Centre has been amazing. After becoming ill in August and having to have different medications, questions answered and various appointments, the team including doctors and admin have gone over and above to help me and I’m extremely grateful for this.
