Review titled Long-Term Medications Being Rejected
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 28 June 2024
My long-term medications keep being rejected and I keep running out. I'm not told that the order has been rejected and it is not resubmitted by the doctor so, when I find out it has been rejected and re-order, the doctor takes so long to deal with it I've run out of medication.

Review titled No appointment
Rated 1 star out of 5

I walked into the practice today after the pharmacist had referred me back to the GP due to being unable to prescribe anything to my child stating that she needed to be seen by a GP. The receptionist told me to go home and call her because they can’t do anything over the desk. I went outside the surgery and rang and was told to take my child to the walk in centre because they had no appointments. I waited 5 hours at the walk in centre only to be told my child will need to be seen by her GP if she doesn’t improve. What going on with this surgery is enough to send someone into deep depression. I’m now having to ring again at 8 am to possibly be told there’s no appointments. It a living nightmare

in September 2022 I injured my ankle. After a year there are no improvements, surgery refers me to Physio which is not improving. Impossible to get a GP appointment, receptionist refuses an appointment for proper diagnosis. systemic and total inability to care for patience , Shocking care.

Review titled Lack of empathy
Rated 1 star out of 5

Registering elsewhere due to treatment from Doctors at the surgery. Ushered out of the room whilst in tears as they “didn’t have time” No consideration for mental health on two separate occasions. Really disgusted by this. However I would like to say the admin staff were always very helpful and kind when it came to making appointments. Disappointing the health professionals would treat a patient that way.
