Had my bloods taken. Really nice nurse who chatted and put me at ease. Showed she cared about me and my health! Didn’t feel rushed!

I attended my diabetic review and was asked if I would allow a student nurse to sit in which I did. The review went as I expected and my foot examination better than I expected. I was asked about my hopes expectations and Concerns and generally put at ease. Staff were polite and helpful and fully discussed my condition. An appointment was made for 12 months time and I was reminded about a further booster for covid an a flu inoculation will be due September or October
