    Went in to have blood taken. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Made it a good experience, explained what she was doing at each stage and was very polite in asking me what she wanted me to do. Good experience

    The staff in the surgery are incredibly understanding and supportive. Every time I needed help with sometimes complicated situations, I was helped. I found it’s easiest to call or go to the surgery to explain what is happening as understandably the staff are always really busy.

    Rang today for a couple of queries and to make appointment, receptionist was so very helpful, patient and accommodating. Although I can't get appointment for a month she helped with other queries. Very pleasant to have such a calm helpful lady at the end of a phone.

    The reception staff are always, incredibly friendly, understanding and extremely helpful. They play a very important role and are the first contact patients have with the surgery - the team at Weston House do an amazing job under what I can only imagine are stressful times.

    Phoned for a telephone appointment and told that the next available was the 2nd of september, 30 days away. Also had to wait for 31 minutes on the telephone to hear this information. Was informed that there is no other way to make an appointment or to check if cancellations become or are available. Im worried, is the surgery taking on too many patients or is there another reason for this service which isnt very good.

    Dear patient, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are worried about the service your have received from the practice. We are continually monitoring our telephone waiting times. The average waiting time is currently 7 minutes but there are times when we experience higher demand and it will be longer. We suggest that you phone in the morning when we have more staff answering calls. We have an automated line to cancel appointments but I'm sorry that we're not able to contact patients to offer cancelled appointments. Our patient list has not increased but there has been a 30% increase in demand from patients following the pandemic and we are working hard to provide appointments to meet this demand.
