   I often have problems with the front of office staff and pharmacist. They seem to think that they are all powerful, never give a straight answer and seem to be quite happy to demeen and insult patients intelligence. I was told after not recieving a repeat prescriptiom to call the pharmacy who told me to call the gp who then told me its the pharmacy who has to call them and the pharmacy say they do not call GP's the GP must call them.
