If you are less than 15th in the queue when you call and it takes less than 1hr to get through, then you are winning with this awful surgery. It's impossible to get through to get an appointment or speak to anyone so if you need any appointment, you basically have to book online and then have one in 2-3wks. Forget emergencies not an option. If you get through, then you never get a same day they usually tell you to call back the next day and wait for another hr trying to get an appointment.

Although the reviewer has decided to be anonymous, the practice are aware who it is and the review corresponds to them being warned for abuse to the staff. To answer their issues, we have tripled the number of staff answering the phone and to be fair, being 15th in the queue when there are over 90 patients telephoning in is as much as the practice can cope with. All practices are suffering under unprecedented demand and there is only so much capacity we can provide. Unfortunately the answer cannot be to 'get more staff'. We are working extremely hard to provide good quality care to as many of our patients as we can and try to triage the most urgent for on the day appointments.

Dee was very efficient helpful and friendly. My typhoid vaccination was quickly administered. Provided me with my vaccination history.

I have regular injections with the nurses at the practice. Their level of professionalism, knowledge, accessibility and most importantly care and compassion in me as an individual is unmatched in my experience. Having been to numerous surgeries for my treatment over the years I can categorically say the nursing team at the practice are the very best in the business.

Great to discover they also do this clinic on Saturdays.The nurse I saw was lovely, she was very caring and understanding about my concerns, and very helpful in resolving other issues.Thoroughly recommend .
