Over recent months there has been a noticeable change throughout the medical practice. The awful waiting on the phone to make connection has been dramatically improved and the staff appear happier in their workplace making the patient experience so much better.

I just wanted to thank the amazing nurse I saw today for my smear test. She was extremely informative, kind and really put me at ease- talking about her cat and generally being lovely. She is an absolute asset to your team. In a time where everyone is complaining about the nhs etc I felt the need to thank you for having such a lovely team member!

Called for appointment today, got the appointment this morning, need blood tests, booked for Monday, review results in a month, booked at the same time.

Had to see the GP today at the Water Eaton site for some results, didn’t wait long to see her, the doctor was very helpful, cheerful and friendly put me at ease straight away, also the reception staff were very helpful and friendly too, the only problem might be seeing the same GP for a follow up consultation.

I only ever visit a doctor when I am really unwell. Call at 8am wait 30 minutes to be told no appointments available for emergencies, all gone. They can see me in 6 days time which is really of no use. Alternatively more appointments available at 1.30pm. Call back at 1.30pm wait another 30 minutes to be told again no appointments available. How does one get to see a doctor???

Thank you for your feedback, we are busy on the phone lines at peak times due to large numbers of patients with seasonal illnesses. We do operate a book on the day service on Monday & Friday and feedback from patients has been very favourable.

My husband & I changed to Whaddon just before Covid. They are absolutely brilliant & do their utmost to help. Whoever you speak to & all through covid we had face to face appointments if necessary. The best surgery we have ever had. Thank you, an exemplary surgery.

Popped in for a checkup and asked about vaccinations whilst in the appointment. The clinician went out of her way to help me determine my vaccination status, she was so welcoming and phoned me back later in the day for an update once she had researched. It saved me calling back. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you!
