Good effective response on phone, not intrusive and good support provided. Prompt appointment given. Doctor advise reassuring despite potentially having a negative outcome.

I had a very long bout of flu that turned into a chest infection. Due to my health issues I was worried that I needed some extra medication like antibiotics. I went online requesting additional medication , and the surgery called me with an appointment to see someone that day. The service I received and have always received was first class.

Most helpful practice I have visited, no ask is ever too much. The staff are lovely and always get an appointment when needed.
