The Physio was polite, thorough and thoughtful - excellent service, and really easy to talk to. Hopefully the exercises will work.

Review titled Great experience

Having recently having to have a number of appointments/tests for a long term condition I’ve been nothing but completely satisfied with the surgery. Reception staff are always very helpful with finding appointment slots for follow ups and really have made the process as easy as possible for me. GP receptionists often have a negative reputation, but the team here are the complete opposite! I feel like my ongoing issues have been dealt with well and my GP is very thorough and responsive. Appointments never feel rushed and I never feel rushed. In particular the online message functions and text message service works very well.

I really rate the GPs & reception staff at this surgery having received excellent and speedy help with my ailment. Their excellent triage service works well for me as I work full time. They have an online message service too. They have GPs who deal sensitively with Menopause issues. We are very lucky to have this.
