I had to go to the surgery to have an issue investigated. The nurse was great listened to my concerns, gave me advice and arranged for follow up investigations which were done the next day by equally lovely caring staff. 10/10. We are fortunate to have such a great service in the uk

Phoned the surgery today as instructed by GP at my last visit was told to phone up to discuss if medication was working or if dose would need to be upped, greeted by an extremely rude receptionist who not only tried to call me a liar but also questioned me as to why I can not go to the surgery, what the hell does it have anything to do with her, my GP had specifically said for me to phone for a reason
