The surgery is really efficient with the triage system. So grateful to the GP I saw recently who identified the source of my pain and for the medication prescribed. Also grateful for the follow up appointment from the same GP, to check on my pain situation, and to the nurse who took my bloods to be tested. Many thanks to the surgery.

During lockdown, my confidence in getting treatment and being heard was zero. Having now reengaged with the surgery I am totally impressed with its service. Having always been resistant to change, I can categorically confirm, Whiteacres has gone from strength to strength and I would encourage anyone to use the surgery. First Class

I was very impressed by the nurse taking bloods,i was seen within two minutes of my arrival and she was very helpful. However when I needed to see a doctor it's another story. One of the receptionists was most unhelpful when my wife needed urgent information on my son having had blood taken in A&E a few days earlier.

All appointments for doctors get processed through our triage system and I'm sorry this doesn't seem have worked well for you on this occasion. Me and my husband have each seen two GPs recently and both were extremely helpful, nice, understanding, patient, inclusive of our healthy-demanding-for-attention-four-year-old who has to be in on the act while we’re trying to discuss things with the doctor!, and have dealt with our illness (pneumonia it turned out) effectively. We hadn’t used a triage system to see a GP before and thought it would be a problem but not at all, quite the opposite. We’ve been able to explain our symptoms calmly and in our own time and someone came back to us in a timely manner each time. Very happy and glad we’re signed up with Whiteacres - thank you everyone there!

I left a triage message just after 8am today on Whiteacres website and received a call about five minutes later. The GP, to whom I spoke, was very reassuring but made me an appointment to see him later in the morning. After a comprehensive check over he answered all my questions with knowledge, compassion and clarity. A follow on telephone appointment was made to determine how things are progressing. I cannot speak highly enough of the GP I saw and the way in which I have been dealt with at Whiteacres. Huge thanks.

My gp appointment today was with a doctor who was fully informed of my situation, explained clearly how things may turn out and had great empathy. Kind, seamless and proactive is how I would describe the Whiteacres team.

I submitted an online form last week and within five hours was seen by a friendly GP. He swiftly diagnosed my condition, sent a prescription request and within one hour I collected the medication. We are fortunate to have a medical centre with high standards and efficiency .
