    For two years complaining I'm not well finally one decent doctor listened to me and now I'm confirmed in my self diagnosis by the doctor.

    I been treated with professionalism and respect for my needs. The waiting is didn't take long, just 17 minutes after my appointment the nurse called me. So far so good.

    I don't know what's happened to Whiteacres as it used to be a really good practice but the appointment system is now almost unusable. For someone with a busy job I do not know how they can get an appointment as it relies on being by your phone all day to wait for the doctor to call. This is not realistic and unusable for many people. The other day I didn't even want to go to the toilet or the shower in case I missed the call, never mind driving or going on about your life. I don't understand why they cannot provide a time for the call to take place or if not at least 1 hour window. I am extremely disappointed about this and considering changing surgeries for it.

    I saw the practice nurse today for a health check. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She also took blood without me feeling anything, which was great as I’m a baby around needles.

    I attended Whiteacres Medical Practice a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the Doctor and the efficient way my problem was dealt with. Doctors have so many demands on them and it is reassuring to know that the standard always stays the same. Thank you to all of the Doctors, nurses and receptionists who make this possible.     My wife and I recently visited the surgery on a Saturday morning to receive Covid and Flu injections. The process very well organised, quick and efficient. In addition, all the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

    Husband and wife attending for Covid and flu jabs yesterday, Saturday. Very well organised, no long queues, friendly staff pleasant atmosphere, questions answered clearly, efficient and quick. Thank you.

    Since the new email triage system has been introduced, I have been impressed on several occasions both by its organisation and the subsequent efficient clinical care I have received. It did take a while for me to get used to the format of the patient submission form and recognise the fact that access to it would probably only be available on a week day morning, but it is obviously a very effective way of making sure that patients see the correct clinician as soon as they need to. Once given an appointment I have always found both medical and paramedical staff to be attentive and knowledgeable. Many thanks to the whole team at Whiteacres for your hard work giving such a fine service.

    I had a blood test with a phlebotomist, excellent friendly service! Then husband and myself attended for annual flu and Covid inoculations. Once again, excellent service. All staff so friendly and a very efficient and quick way to receive jabs!
