Had an issue , phoned after lunch for advise as the complaint was worsening as the day went on . Very understanding receptionist who arranged a call back from the nurse . She called immediately, and arranged some treatment which was sent through to pharmacy. Telephone to treatment = 20 mins . Grateful, thankful , and feeling much better . You’re all superstars . To note : this isn’t the first time this surgery has helped my family . I have always had an excellent service.

Today, I attended my blood test appointment but, unfortunately, arrived five minutes late due to an urgent matter. I apologized to the receptionist, who informed me that the appointment could not proceed, despite there being no other patients waiting. She also mentioned that the earliest available appointment wouldn't be until mid-September. I explained to the nurse that I would be leaving the country for a short period and would greatly appreciate having my blood tests done before then. However, she showed no flexibility. Then, the head of reception joined the conversation, reiterating the same information, but her tone was condescending and she questioned my responses in a demeaning way. As a lifelong patient of this surgery, I have never encountered such poor behavior.

Prolonged wait to see patients.The receptionist don't know professionally to treat patients.I had left thos surgery 8 years ago but for some reason my current surgery sent me here go get seen.

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the reception staff at this surgery. During my many unfortunate interactions I have has with them, I mostly find them to be unhelpful, argumentative, and unreasonable. Despite my attempts to seek clarification, their responses are often nonsensical and inconsistent, and they are always unwilling to listen to concerns. It is unacceptable for a medical practice to employ staff who treat patients in such a dismissive manner. Having spoken to others it is unfortunate to hear that I am not the only one to experience this type of service. I would recommend anyone looking for a new GP to avoid this one at all costs.
