Staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was sorted out. Also I kept informed about what was going on. Has improved a lot over the last few years. Thank you.

Reception staff triage your call not always understanding GP notes. Quite often not listening to the pts concerns. Care is inconsistent as It is very difficult to speak to a GP or nurse.

I was so impressed this week with the attitude and friendliness of the reception staff who were so very helpful. I didn't have to wait long for my phone call to be answered nor for a response to my medication query. Thank you.

I had time to talk to the doctor. I never felt I was on a time limit and she was very thorough with the problems I had.

Suffering pain after fusion surgery my physio recommended a particular drug at 16.00 on a Friday ! I rang reception and the triage doctor rang a quarter of an hour later, he agreed and ‘walked ‘ my prescription over to the dispensary in order for me to collect it at 18.00 . I could not have expected more and I am most grateful.

Even with all the problems the NHS is still facing, the service I have had from everyone right from my first telephone call, triage, GP, nurse practitioner and health care support worker has been exemplary. I consider myself lucky to be a registered patient at this surgery.
