I have have had great service with practice for my whole life but on a couple of occasions recently I have not been informed of results of a urine test where I have needed alternative antibiotics. So my infection went untreated until I chased my results due to further symptoms.

Had a telephone consultation was told antibiotics were sent to pharmacy as I’m in agony, went pharmacy nothing there’s whilst stood in the pharmacy I called Whitley road 3 times, each time someone picked the phone up and put it down. I went over to query where my medication was she said it’s not been signed off and wouldn’t be signed off until after 4pm. I am in agony. Woman behind the desk with no sympathetic courtesy and looks at you like she is uninterested. This is not the first time with this member of staff! Working in general practice myself I try and go above and beyond for the patients unfortunately Whitley road reception staff do not do this. I was just moved on my way. As for the staff who put down the phone 3 times?? If I did that I would be in trouble. Terrible to try and get through and getting an appointment is a rare occasion. Appalling treatment by this practice. If I didn’t get employment at my own practice I would never have moved to this practice I’ve never witnessed anything like it. I have to now wait until after 4pm when I am in agony! Disgusting

After my appointment with one of the doctors, I feel that I would like to leave a review to say what a great job he does. He spends the time to listen and has put a great review process in place for me to help me with my struggles. I can't thank him and the practice enough. The appointment process is great. I filled the triage form in and within less than half an hour got a text message to select a convenient appoiontment time. You never seem to be waiting long periods for appointments and someone will always get back to you. From the doctors to the nursing and reception staff everyone is doing a brilliant job. Keep up the good work Whitley Road.

It was very good but gone worse in last 2 years. Triage system is a pain. U fill triage then thrn u wait for days, sometime they dont bother to call at all. When u call back, they say there were busy and ask u to resend form. U have to be near phone for 2-3 days, if u miss the call, whole thing starts again and u have to fill another triage form and wait again for few days. Seriously thinking about changing
