The podiatrist spent over an hour with me and explained everything thoroughly. I came away with exercises, information and even a range of footwear that would suit my needs. I was very grateful for his time and care.

I have suffered from a bad back for almost 40 years and it has had a major impact on my life at times. They have a new approach to physio treatment for back pain at the Chestfield Branch of the Whitstable Medical practice. The 4 appointments have been nothing short of revolutionary for me; I am pain free most of the day now with only a little stiffness when I first wake up. I can bend over and lift things up and a range of other things that I would have found difficult in the past. It has changed my life, thank you.

I have visited Estuary View walk in centre on a number of occasions now with my children. On several of these occasion I have been seen by the wonderful paediatric nurse they have there. One of the most reassuring, kind and compassionate individuals. The time, care and attention she takes is amazing. She freely chats with the children, making them feel comfortable and at ease. Nothing is too much trouble for her and you never feel she is rushing you. On my most recent visit not only was she reassuring to my little boy but me as well and you are never made to feel that you shouldn’t be there. Such a wonderful practitioner who I am so grateful to have at my local surgery. Thank you so much!

I had a spirometry appointment 2 weeks the test I was given I was given clear instructions and medication was dualy supplied. Follow up appointment was 12 days after and full results explained to me. Very reassuring.

Just wanted to say how impressed i am with the service ive received over the past few years from telephone calls to using the online repeat prescription form Recepionist have always been polite and understanding and very proffesional when dealing with any inquirey iv had also the nurses are top notch wilst being very caring they have a sence of humour which puts me at ease So thank you and keep doing what you do

Viv C O P D nurse suggested and requested on my behalf a course of a drug ,which has proved to be of great benefit even though my specialist had said that I was on the strongest puffer available and there was noting more to be done. Live with it. She has made life a little easier bless her.

Had my blood taken by a HCA - not only was she polite and professional but quickly and efficiently took my my blood - I have had trouble in the past getting a vein but she did it first time. No pain, very quick and no bruising. Well done

My husband saw the Dr on Good Friday with excruciating neck/shoulder pain. He mentioned that he’s suffered continuous headaches for 2 yrs and had been told to take paracetamol. The Dr in the urgent care unit was really understanding & attentive. He gave my husband medication for the shoulder pain which he thought was caused by his trapezium muscle & also did a referral for physio. Appt came through quickly & he’s had it this morning - 2 days after the Easter weekend. Bearing in mind it’s been Easter, that’s amazing. The physiotherapist has given him exercises to do & booked a follow up appt. All thanks to the Dr in the urgent care unit. Please pass on our appreciation to both the Dr and Physiotherapist

Over the past couple of months my wife and I had had need to use our Primary care service more than before for a number of differing issues, we always knew how lucky we are in this area but this year's experience has been exemplary. Access, timeliness, expertise, compassion and a great range of HCPs and services all on our doorstep. Today we used minor procedures and physio and both were not just superb but the staff involved made us feel so valued. Thank you
