   I was booked on for a bloodtest and had not been told that it was a fastening one. Everybody's time was wasted. Sadly this seems to be a reoccurring problem. The GP is supposed to tell the patient. Wouldn't it be a great if the surgery would find a solution e.g. the person that makes the booking could ask the patient whether they know and if not, maybe this vital information could be sourced internally and the patient could receice a seperate text? If this is a known problem i really hope the West Wight surgery will find a way to avoid wasting everybodies time (plus one more mask). Good luck Thank you
