Due to previous problems I now count and clearly mark the number of prescriptions required òn the form. In addition I manually add new items prescribed by a Consultant, which I shouldn't have to do because the Consultant notifies the practice separately. It is then beyond belief that the Chemist hands me all but one of my prescriptions. It is clear that the Practice had made an error. Since I had received one of the Consultant's additions, the excuse of not having received the letter didn't work. A GP practice doctor has no authority to amend the prescriptions of a Consultant Nephrologist When I trekked back to the surgery to get their error corrected I am informed that all the doctors are in a meeting and no one is in a position to issue an emergency prescription for hours. I begin chemotherapy next week and I don't need to have to handle this level of incompetence.

Went today and reported a problem to one of the doctors she didn’t seem interested so I waited on the phone for a hour and went in nearly a hour late from my appointment time for no reason Was told I can self refer for physio was told by receptionist fill in the form and send it off honestly what is the point so nothing was solved

on many occasions this practice messed up my prescription, one time the receptionist said my prescription had been thrown in the bin. When i complained I was told in no uncertain terms "if I don`t like it here then to find a another surgery", So thats exactly what I did.

This is the only practice I’ve heard of that still has open surgery in the morning. Staff are excellent and caring. Thank you for your work.
