My appointment was at 1 o’clock didn’t get called in the room in till 1.55, I asked if they could do more tests to find out why I keep getting water infections to be told that is no records of me having a water infection this year, which is wrong due to putting a sick note in work for a week early this year for a a infection that bad that I was crying in pain on toilet. I have also had antibiotics a few times since that experience for the same thing. I think this very unprofessional.

Went on the 06 October 2024. Quick easy vaccination appointment. No issues, staff were friendly and polite.

On having a servere ear infection, I was seen the same day by the practice nurse who was able to prescribe antibiotics and spray! Yesterday I had my flu jab I was called in on time! Perfect

I made an appointment for mum for a vaccination. The appointment was a Monday. I had a phone call to say it had to be changed to Wednesday. I then had another call to say it was 1 hour earlier. Very inconvenient as i have to work. I attended the appointment with my mum and we had to wait an hour !!! My mum is nearly 80 and was very tired. Not good enough im afraid to keep patients waiting so long. Whats the point of an appointment time ??

Went for my flu vaccination on the 6/10/24 at my preferred surgery which was Longton health centre. Very organised, didn't have to wait for very long , everyone pleasant, polite and efficient.

Attended Longton surgery for flu &covid jabs, must say it was not at all organised. Told to take a seat, then other patients coming in and being vaccinated straight away. Better way to see patients was needed.

Went for results, nurse was very nice, cholesterol high and nurse said I need to change my diet, cut out chocolate and cheese and look on heart uk web. I am a very healthy eater in general but I just feel like it didn't count, I am a bit confused about what I need to eat, i eat low fat yogurt, semi milk, no fat on meat, lean bacon fat removed, chicken eggs, lots of veg and I eat fish .where am I going so wrong except for some chocolate and lighter cheese, I also walk

I attended my first face to face physio appointment. It went very well , care plan put in place and I'm very happy with how I was listened to and accommodated
