Getting past a receptionist could be putting lives at risk. I wanted information on an injection I've got to have weekly. Because I'm to I'll to get to the doctors, I asked could I speak to the nurse. I was told that there were no appointments. I'd just cancelled mine so there must have been a place.

As from September 2023 my husband has required medical help from the GP to present day. The help and advice he has received has been excellent and we believe that without this help and advice he would not be here now and we as a family will be eternally grateful to the GP. My husband suffered with kidney stones and needed urgent help which he received from the GP. Please keep up the good work. Many thanks.

I called twice yesterday for an appointment for my 1 year old as he couldn’t breathe properly and was making a horrible noise when breathing in. We got told to go to a pharmacist which I did straight away and got told to be seen by a gp that same day. I called back and told them this and got told ‘call back at 8am to get seen tomorrow and if it’s that bad call 111 or go to a&e’. The attitude from the receptionist was disgusting and to leave a 1 year old like that is wrong. He got an ambulance sent out took to hospital and is now on three different medications as he is seriously unwell. All that could have been avoided if he was seen straight away instead my son had to stay awake until 1am not being able to breathe well. Avoid this surgery at all costs.
