I’ve been in very bad situations and really needed to see a doctor for 20 days and several of times called in the morning and walked in gp in the morning they never help me to make an appointment and told me just call on the phone one day 8 o’clock I went there and called them and showed them that no body answer, how we can make appointments when no body answer and we can’t go to gp for making appointments, I really needed a doctor me and my little girl but couldn’t make appointments for long time and just bothered by pain, the receptionist team never been helpful 😔😭

I went in for a minor surgery today to have a lipoma removed. The doctor kept me well informed of what to expect throughout the procedure and provided after care advice. The nurse in the room was very supporting and kept me engaged in conversation which helped to settle my nerves. The procedure took roughly 20 minutes and I've been stitched up well. I felt very safe and I'm very happy with the practice.

I visited taddington road surgery on the 20th January after initially speaking to reception staff for an appointment. I was treated with the utmost respect by reception staff, not only over the telephone but at the surgery too. Very friendly as always service with a smile. The doctor (lh) was brilliant he took the time to listen to me and explained everything with me and has taken me on the right path for my health care. Cannot fault this Dr whatsoever. The NHS is under enormous pressure which is not down to Drs surgeries and we need to remember to be kind to staff who are under enormous pressure at a difficult time. Thank you so much to you all

It is good to receive positive feedback about the practice and the service we provide to our patients. Thank you for acknowledging the fact that the NHS is under pressure, which patients aren't always aware of. Despite the restraints and pressures that we are under, we make every effort to provide excellent care to our patients. I visited the Surgery on Friday 20th Dec. after feeling unwell. I rang in the morning and was accommodated at a time of my choosing. The doctor was kind and considerate and listened to all my concerns. After taking the prescribed medication I still felt unwell today 23rd Dec.. Again I was given a same day appointment with the same doctor and I had a thorough examination. More medication was prescribed to last over Christmas. Thank you Wilson Street for a great service!

The problem about phone calls in the morning I try from 8:00 am to 9:00 am busy busy busy after long try call your in queue number 20 after 20,30 minutes waiting they said sorry booking full or they said DR call you after noon I said I’m in work I can’t answer phone or sometimes I call about 2pm for make appointments the lady in the phone straight said sorry call back tomorrow she just like pushing you

Today I needed to see a medical professional.Yes it took me a little while to get through on the phone,but I did. The lovely receptionist made me an appointment I was seen and was able to discuss my concerns with a really lovely lady.I have always been very happy with the service you provide.Thankyou

This is a great practice. My mum is frail and elderly and so I have to ask for help quite often. I’m always so pleased at how decent kind and professional the team are right from reception to clinicians. I work in the NHS myself so know the pressures they are under and I’m delighted at how they still manage to be so good. Well done and thank you all !!

I rang at 8am,my call was answered immediately and after all the necessary chat with the receptionist,including a brief description of symptoms I was given a face to face appointment for 9.10am. Arrived for appointment and was seen by probs 9. 20am . A doctor I had not seen before,she was very helpful and took time to listen and explain things. Prescription sent electronically to pharmacy, so by 10.15am I was back home with medication. 10/10 from me.
