    I phoned from between 8am , last call14: 20 , listened to the recorded message and then got cut off . Why , just not good enough .

    I spoke to a member of the practice today regarding an enquiry re cancellation of my appointment with a Consultant. The staff member was very very helpful and professional.

    I have tried to contact the GP surgery to arrange appointments for my daughters for their Polio vaccination boosters after being invited to do so via a txt. I was told that I could have an appointment at a few specific times on Saturday 24th and 1st October (great that you are doing Saturdays!). Unfortunately I am unable to do those times and asked when the next available appointments were. I received an unhelpful response of 'there are none' and that was that, I had to ask a number of different times to find out how I could find out about other available times to be told that's it. The response was short, uninformed and worrying considering the current drive to get 1 to 9 year olds a booster vaccination for Polio.

    Went into Winchmore Hill practice. Receptionist was wonderful , understanding and efficient. I had immediate appointment for face to face appointment with Doctor. The doctor was absolutely fantastic- she listened, examined me, gave advice, prescription and booked tests. Extremely professional , empathetic and knowledgable. This was a very very positive experience .

    Immensely helped by telephone appointment call from Duty Doctor & practice nurse the following day couldn’t have been more helpful. Relieving a pressing problem immediately. Very much appreciated in the circumstances.
