    I've had doctors in the past tell me I'm lying, repeatedly prescribe medication I've told them don't work, refuse to comply with my request for a scan to get to the bottom of my problem and just seem to want to get rid of me as soon as possible. My dad recently passed away and I'm really struggling mentally but can't seem to get an appointment despite calling at 8am every morning. Mental Health is a serious issue, especially among males, yet there seems to be no urgency for anyone to trying and help me with any of my problems. I've had several appointments for my back pain over the past few years and I'm still no closer to finding out what I can do about it. Extremely frustrating

    I had a blood test which was booked in advance and had several reminders of this. I attended on time and the appointment was quick and efficient. Good service

    Winshill Medical Centre is wonderful surgery! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, they do their best to accommodate and help where possible! The GPs are amazing and truly care about their patients! Drs are utterly amazing, they are such caring and professional GPs, who again truly care for their patients, I am forever grateful that my twins are under the care of Winshill Medical Centre. They are brilliant!

    Since joining the practice 3 years ago, as my husband moves a lot with work, we have actually decided not to move house we we can stay with them! I have never known a GP practice care so much about their patients and their community. The practice continues to improve itself day by day! The staff both Medical and non medical are so helpful in what they do, and so friendly. The enthusiasm that they have for their jobs really shows. Each time I have called I have got an appointment or my question answered straight away, and each time I call I am answered within minutes, if not seconds. The building is so clean and welcoming too. As someone who was scared of going to their doctors, I am now no longer thanks to you all. Thank you for everything you all do, from my family to yours
