After several phone discussion appointments with one of the doctors within this surgery a request was made by the doctor to see him personally but doctors cannot make these appointments so you have to phone daily to see if anything is available. Yes you’ve guessed it two weeks on and still no face to face appointment This system does not work for those patients who work themselves but there again it does not seem to work for anyone.

I was given a medication while waiting for the blood results to come back and planned to be review by the doctor after 3 weeks. I was calling everyday for the last 2 weeks from 8:30 am, line will start ringing at 8:15, once answered operator will tell number 29 or 30 in the queue, waiting patiently to be told by receptionist that their is no more appointment and try the next day. Asked if their is other way to book appointment but was told none. Their is no compassion and not very helpful staff.
