    Tried to book an appointment on line for 2 weeks, finally gave up and called to book an appointment. To be told no appointments and to use on line system, I told receptionist that it isn't working and she said well to her knowledge it is working and to book using that. She did not believe me that it wasn't working....I need to see a doctor why would I lie?? I couldn't even book to have a smear test done. I asked if there were Saturday appointments, to be told only for certain clinics like Covid. I couldn't book appointments in advance, only the same day. What about people who can't sit on a phone (due to working) every day for well over an hour trying to get through to then be told there are no appointments for that day? Definitely changing practices.

    I get a text asking me to call to arrange an appointment following blood pressure checks. Call to arrange, and am told there are no appointments for the day, and to phone tomorrow, as they don't prebook appointments. Not that convenient when you have a job and need to authorise time off. And when it's the surgery asking you to book an appointment, what chance do you stand.

    Absolutely no common sense. When requesting a Doctors note, advised to allow 48 hours, which was done as obviously need to let employers know. To be then informed that the Doctor that it has been passed to isn't in until next week. Beyond belief, and no consideration or care, of the consequences it could incur. Especially after a traumatic emergency surgery, and stressful week, added anxiety is totally unacceptable

    appointment app is unavailable after 15 minutes waited on the phone for 45 minutes to be told no appointments asked what if this happens tomorrow then try the next day -what a joke top medical centre

    The lady behind reception on the phones is extremely rude, in a rush to get you get to the next customer, I already was anxious about calling and the lady made it so much harder for me with how she approached and spoke to me, I won’t feel comfortable calling again and will have to resort back to family doing on my behalf.

    When I went there the staff was extremely rude and had zero care for why we are there. There numbering system is a complete waste of time as if you are there even 1 minute later you get number 30 and they have they tell us all it’s quicker and easier!? They mean easier for them more like. Why they think that is better than going to the counter when you get in is beyond me. They seem to think they are GP’s now as they seem to think it’s ok to dictate when you can and can’t see a doctor. It’s up to me when I want to see a doctor not them they are receptionists not GP’s!!! I’ll definitely be leaving.

    Tried to book an appointment with a Dr only to be told we need to see the family planning Dr. I spoke to the receptionist and advised her we’re already on the waiting list and have been for nearly 3 months. We wanted to see the Dr because of the pain. However, I was advised by the receptionist a GP appointment wasn’t suitable as we needed to see family planning. I then said we asked to see a Dr’s for the pain, but instead you put us on a waiting list for family planning. I was then told they wouldn’t breach patient confidentiality. I said I don‘y want you to breach anything, I just want to make a Dr’s appointment to which they replied I can’t book a Dr’s appointment. I wasn’t aware receptionists were medical trained, medically aware of when you need/don’t need to see a Dr or in charge of the medical care you receive or don’t receive in my case. I thought Dr’s provided medical care and this medical care was available to everyone, perhaps not!

    My 5 years old daughter is suffering with what the doctor suspect "urticaria" (when is sunny her face, arms and legs swelling, and they are very painful and itchy and hot to touch. She cant sleep, she can't do anything because she is in pain. She missed many days at school. She cant go outside. She just cry day and night as I cant find anything to give her relief) To confirm that, and to get steroids treatment, she needs to have a blood test, that needs to be done at the Redditch hospital. To get the blood test done, I need to wait for couple of months, because they have long waiting list. To get that done quicker, doctor needs to request the urgent blood test. When I call to the surgery, and I explain that I need to speak to the doctor, so he can request that urgently, she said that she spoke to her colleague, and that doctor won't do that, so I ask her to book it appointment, so I can speak to the actual doctor, rather than her getting advice from her colleague receptionist, and she said that she won't book me appointment, because my daughter already seen doctor. I hung up, and burst into tears in front of my daughters

    My grandson has eczema real bad I phone doctors up Yesterday was told because it not willing I I had to phone today I so I did got told no more appointment but u can hear the other woman on her phone booking an appointment so a younger lad face ,neck lot of his body is not good to see.sorry this doctor getting worst I ever had man answer the phone it not a doctor any more it's a joke

    We visited the practice today as we needed help today sorting out medical apps and the lady was very helpful and patient with us, despite it being extremely busy. She was so kind and really knows her stuff. Thank you.
