My wife and I had the first part of Shingles vacation after a lot of asking when the second part would come we were told July got there at the time after travelling to Surgery only to be told by the person who was supposed to give vacation no you are not getting it as you don't qualify we were and are both over 75 so will not be having any more vacation as it seems a waste of our time going on past experience. As a patient with high blood pressure who has recently moved to the Surgery I was told I needed a face to face with the Doctor before a Prescription could be raised despite my records being available A total of 114 phone calls made from 8.00am over 2 mornings only to be told no appointments were available and to try again the next day !! Advised to make a trip to Corby Urgent Care centre in the hope they may be able to prescribe my drugs Shocking service !!

  3. Review titled Good nurse, if you make it past receptionist!

Rated 1 star out of 5

No advance bookings available, only on the day slot's. Call at 8:00 and hear a message saying the line is busy for about 45 minutes. Eventually when the call is picked up, you are automatically put in a queue and will get to speak to a receptionist sometime after 10:00. If you're lucky, you might get an appointment, but will probably be told they're full, call again tomorrow. No triage system, no priority for serious illness, accept their system or go to A&e. When you eventually get results from your test, guess what, to discuss them, you have to go through the same process!! Receptionist answer, not my job mate, I don't make the the rules! Nurse was good, everything around her is awful!
