Bloody tryed call all this week for apoitment,as really have some infection...its not possible!!!they skip straight away phones,like line its full please try call later....when you do that 10 times, they finally saying booking its full!!!really anoying surgery,!!what they do there for their job???nothing.when you come there all the time max 3-4 peoples for waiting.village its small, they acting like in london

been phoning at 8am all week to speak to a doctor to get a referral for a hospital appointment for my son . no one ever answer the phone just a message saying try later. when i finally got a call back was told doctor now full i have to call back tomorrow . i spoke with reception and asked for a call back from the doctor but told this is not possible .zero interest in helping . when i ask would can i do told nothing i can do ,just call everyday until i get an appointment thank you . asked if ican to speak to a manager but this isnt possible . very poor service at the moment and not even any advice or help

Advised by the surgery to take a day off from work in order to get an appointment. This is due to nature of my work and being unable to remain on hold at 8am to try and get an appointment. Not everyone gets a lot of holiday or has the opportunity to work from home. It really is awful trying to get to see a doctor. They also dont return calls when they want to talk to you about test results.
