Got booked an appointment here for blood test for my little boy at 8.20, went to reception to the lady said they don't open till 8.30 and there's nothing she can do! So why was I booked for 8.20 for no one to see us!

Our reception desk opens Monday, Wednesday and Friday 08.00 - 18.30 and Tuesday and Friday 7.00 - 18.30pm and our clinics also start at these times. I have just been to the surgery after being asked to come down after a telephone triage appointment. I was reviewed by a very lovely g.p I have never met before. She was extremely kind, listened and very thorough in her assessment, devising a very clear plan. I have never had an issue with this practice and have always found they do there best whilst managing such a great demand with such stretched resources.

Spoke to a rude man today 23/09/2022 around/between 14:00-14:13. The man’s behaviour was disgraceful. The way he spoke to me was unacceptable and I was speaking he put the phone down this is not the first time he has done this he should speak calmly not shout and should listen to the patient. Very disappointed.

Keep chasing my prescription, on going 2yrs+ no one seems bothered that you've ran out of medication when a Dr as prescribed it! It takes about 2 weeks for me to get what i need and that's only because I'm chasing my meds! When you're prescribed a medication no one sees how you're doing on it but are quick to take you off meds you've been on for yrs! The results are not good! I'm going backwards!??
