I was late by 5 minutes and usually the receptionist would let me know what time I’ll be seen due to being late to my appointment, however I was not told anything. I was waiting for an hour and it was only until I asked, that I was informed that I would have to wait until all the other patients have been seen. I am already weak and if I had been informed earlier that I would have to wait for so long, I would’ve re-booked my appointment for another time.
