From reception to leaving brilliant staff. The Dr was very reassuring and explained everything clearly in a relaxed informative manner.

I arrived very late for my appointment but was still seen me which I am very grateful for, she kept me at ease throughout my appointment and explained everything that she did

I received helpful, pragmatic advice and guidance from the team. My doctor gave me clear and helpful treatment allaying my concerns and setting me on the road to recovery. I can’t say thank you enough

The Receptionist was very friendly with a big smile and was happy to help. I saw the Doctor and found him to be a lovely guy who did not make me feel rushed but who explained my diagnosis very clearly and with a warm friendly tone. I think people are too quick to slate Gps and surgeries for any tiny thing. We should be supporting them not slating them. How many stars would I give the Doctor 10/10 Stars and the Practise... 10/10 stars. Thank you for looking after me 🌟👌🏻👍🏻

I have generalised anxiety disorder and been off work from beginning of the September, my first 2 appointments with one doctor were fine , I was anxious but that was normal at this time and nothing and nobody would change that at this point of getting a treatment. Although my 3rd appointment (which was 2 months of sick at work at this time) was with other doctor was quite upsetting, this doctor cared more about my workplace and coming back to work (where my workplace is very supportive and said I can come back whenever I'm ready) than my mental health and the whole approach to me was really not empathetic... doctor wrote in overview that I'm tearful where this doctor made me cry in a first place... very bad approach to patient with mental health problems. I was feeling really down and uneasy for weeks after that appointment. And even very anxious about my next appointment with the first doctor. Other situation on the same month, same doctor... I felt something is wrong and had some blood tests done twice because of it, I never had any feedback about results where on NHS app I could read in overview that this same doctor wrote that patient was informed... that never happened not by any doctor not by any GP member. Very unprofessional and makes you feel not important as a patient.

I'veeen with Woodbrook Clinic for the past 5 years and never had a proper good treatment with my ongoing health issue. The staff are always look miserable, not welcoming, never smile, chitchat first thing in the morning, and don't pick up the phone. If I would be the health minister I would replace all the staff in the clinic. Some GPs do not care and lazy. Wasting so much time. The receptionist always looks unwelcoming miserable. It's hard to get a proper appointment. They want you to book an appointment online but no available appointment. They sent me a message to see the clinic to book an appointment but when you visit the clinic there's no appointment available face to face in 6 weeks time. Absolutely farce. I would never ever recommend this clinic to anyone I know. This clinic should be replace by new staff immediately because of poor performance and incapability to accommodate their own patients.

I was call by a GP today for a pre-arranged telephone consultation. They were considerate, and listened attentively to my concerns and the symptoms I was describing. We discussed 2 different medical conditions and how 1 can have an affect on the other. They checked previous test results and was knowledgeable about my overall health and the reasons for those tests. They were concerned that I be booked into the surgery for further ongoing blood tests and treatment. They kindly made me an appointment for next week. Further to those they also made me an appointment to see another GP the following week. I am so grateful for the time and attention that they afforded me today. I understand how busy GPs are. Not once did the GP make me feel rushed or unimportant. They let me know that my concerns and overall well being were important. I would like to say thank you to them. My concerns and anxiety was very much reduced after our conversation today. It means a lot to be able to talk to a GP who Actively listened, but also who took the time to read my test results and get to know me as a person and not just a condition. I would highly recommend telephone consultations if face to face appointments are not available. Providing of course that they are of the same calibre as I received today. Thank you for the opportunity to feed my comments back to the surgery.

Thank you to the doctor who listened with kindness and compassion. Going above and beyond the alloted appointment time (15 Nov, 5:15pm) to ensure all care and treatment options were discussed in full. I feel truly cared for and better able to manage my health. I am glad to say I am feeling much better. Thank you for being the best.
