I want to pass on my sincere thank you for an amazing practice. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, to the pharmacy. Diabetic nurse was always so kind and gave her time. The care, compassion, and everyone who went above and beyond to support my husband and the family. Regards Sarah Rufus

From the receptionist (wonderful smile) through to the nursing team , pharmacist more than wonderful. I cannot praise enough their corporation and admin one lady tears the envelope up. easy,. They look after Lidia, my wife and I like a private service thank you thank you thank you. Just a criticism, a management decision to move a staff member did upset a lot of pations . But I think it has been resolved!

Woodbury Surgery is a fantastic practice. I have never had a negative experience in my 20 years. Friendly staff and Doctors. I find the online consultations suit me well.

I was really impressed with Woodbury surgery today. I called just after 8 am about an urgent problem and my call was answered promptly. The receptionist was really helpful. A GP called me back within the hour and sorted my problem really quickly and efficiently. I had picked up a prescription by 10 am. Thank you for all your help today.

I have been with Woodbury Surgery for a number of years and have found them to be consistently helpful, kind, caring and understanding of not only my needs but my family’s needs too. During Covid they were marvellous when I did need medical help and they quickly sorted out their ways of coping whilst the country were having great difficulties. As a patient with a long term health condition they have treated me with compassion, excellent medical care and helpful advice and follow ups to help me to manage my condition. All the staff remain constructive even when under great pressure and have always gone “the extra mile” when needed. I cannot recommend them enough.
