This surgery insists that all queries and requests are placed via their online askmygp service. This service is open for as little as 8 minutes some days. This clearly puts working people at a disadvantage not to mention those that struggle with the internet. Absolutely shocking that you can't access your GP.

Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you have found things challenging. In common with most surgeries, we offer an online consultation tool to submit queries and appointment requests. This facility is switched off once capacity is reached for appointments and consultations that day-this can be early, but it is not commonly after 8minutes. As the site states, once the facility is switched off, you are still able to call the surgery who will help with any queries you have, navigating to other healthcare options and also ensuring that medically urgent queries are put through to the doctors for an urgent appointment so patients can receive the care that day when needed.
