The Doctor was very professional and qurtious. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I was seen very quickly and my appointment was on time.

Very comprehensive interview with my Doctor. First time of meeting but did a very thorough review of my situation. Extremely reassuring and clear in his explanation of the next steps.

This was the first time I used the practice as we have recently been accepted having left another group practice. On first impressions the reason for joining this surgery appears to be well founded. The ability to get an appointment was extremely easy. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The appointment went very well, the doctor was approachable and he was very helpful.

Receptionist rang to book my appointment. I Was seen on time and was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner and all my treatment was explained to me .All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Following my telephone appointment at 5.15 pm, the hospital had been quickly informed about a need to book me in for an endoscopy and an appointment was scheduled with me within the hour…I was very pleased…thank you

The practice unfortunately assumes everyone is tech savey. E.g. sending links to landlines. Also it took an onsite haranguing to get the auto.attendant altered to accommodate such persons who don't have the understanding the automated phone system. Previously no accommodation for those who don't have the necessary items to navigate to try a contact a human. Discovered later this was rectified ( by reverting to the original arrangement).

the staff were lovely and very kind throughout my whole appointment, i did have to wait a little bit over my scheduled appointment time but i suppose sometimes that’s just how it goes! After my appointment the receptionist had no issue helping me with another enquiry and both staff members involved with my appointment were very kind and respectful !!

I messaged the surgery in relation to having a shingles jab now that I am 70. They rang me within the hour to make an appointment. When I arrived I was seen on time. The nurse was friendly and professional. She explained the type of jab I was having and any side effects which may occur. Thank you.
