As above the most impressive part was that I didn't have to wait any time at all before my name came up to go to the relevant room. GP was attentive and efficient.

Waited 40 minutes after my appointment time To see the GP with no explanation as to why they were running late, which is ironic considering there’s an electronic notice in the practice advising that if you are 5 minutes late to your appointment it will need to be rebooked due to patient safety yet left everyone in the waiting room above 40 minutes.

I saw a GP on my latest visit. She was lovely. I had time to discuss my problem, and possible treatment. I felt listened to and valued. Everyone I have encountered at this surgery has been polite, helpful and professional Thank you for all your help

Good practice, good staff and listened to me. It’s a shame it took 3 weeks to see someone though but I guess that’s what’s happening theses days buts apart from that very happpy

Found first appointment was professional , efficient with reassuring staff . Hope this continues in the same vein in the future , I would gladly recommend the surgery after my initial experience.

The receptionist completely ignored me when I arrived. I didn’t feel I was being listened to by the doctor I saw. I didn’t feel my needs had been met.

All the staff I have encountered have been helpful, kind, caring, supportive and professional. The messaging system is great. It means I get a prompt response to my queries, and forwarded to the necessary help. The NHS app and the surgery ensure I can order my meds when convenient and then all I do is collect from the pharmacy. Thank you for being there, for really listening to me, and providing excellent care
