    Very clear consultation with Dr . On time and dealt with my problems. She has promised a further consultation in 6 to 8 weeks time, i assume this will be delivered in the practices usual professional manner.

    Visited nurse who spent time going through all the information in detail, answered my questions. Came away feeling calm, listened to and fully informed.

    This was my first visit as just transferred to this surgery and I was very impressed. The friendliness of the male receptionist was lovely made to feel at ease and the doctor was also lovely. We used to be with Huddersfield Road and they are shocking in comparison so glad we moved .

    My appointment was well carried out. All the procedures were done in double quick time. My blood pressure was taken without fuss and I had a pneumonia injection. My bloods were also done without pain. I can recommend the health care assistant who carried out all the procedures. She was very friendly and caring

    Alway answer phone calls promptly can usually get an appointment when needed only on occasions have I been told that there isnon available. All staff are very friendly and do their best to help.

    Just moved to the practice and the dealings we have had so far has been really good. Premises clean and airy staff seem very friendly and helpful. I saw the practice nurse for a review, who was very pleasant.

    I asked to see a lady doctor because I wanted her to examine my breast I was hoping that I could get a mama gram. It is not the nurses but I booked a double appointment my god it takes so long to see a doctor and when you do they don’t listen to a word you say because they are typing and not understanding anything you said

    All of the staff I have met so far have been lovely and helpful. Although I have only been registered within 24-48 hours, the gentleman on the desk had my prescription sorted for the next day. Prompt response to my query online, reply was a link to book an appointment, which I did, app was for just under two weeks time, but for something non-urgent that was not too bad. Appointment however was a little disappointing. Don't think my records were read before I went in as I was asked 'how can I help', but they had asked me to go in! We discussed my online query, don't feel 100% reassured by response, I also mentioned an ongoing problem which has been worsening since last year, no examination, problem seemed to be put down to hearing aids, though I said I hadn't worn them for over 3 months and the problem was still worsening, and was present before I started wearing them, first ear infection November, got hearing aids in December, so to me not a hearing aid problem. So I left the Practice feeling no better off, have booked an appointment with audiology, who if it isn't a hearing aid problem won't be able to do anything but 'maybe' send me to ENT, so, no treatment or advice until hospital appointment. Having just recovered from three ear infections, not sure why my ears weren't even checked, so although it was a very pleasant consultation, not 100% happy with it. Working for the NHS I know that an ENT 'New' appointment will take around 6-12 months to get an appointment, and I'm not sure returning to the GP for help with the symptoms will be of benefit. This is such a shame, if I had left feedback a week ago it would have been 100% glowing as up-until now I really cannot complain about the service both myself and my husband (who has ongoing issues) have received.

    The Doctor was very professional and qurtious. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I was seen very quickly and my appointment was on time.

    visited yesterday and the booking was on time, the staff I spoke to were very pleasant. Credit to the NHS to have a smooth running service.
