I wanted to see the part time lady Dr but she didn’t have any appointments however she became available on the day of my appointment so I was delighted to be moved to her - she is warm, caring and understanding as well as good fun - perfect combination for a GP

I was able to get a same day appointment. Saw the PA who took time to listen to me properly and gave reassurance

Just visited the nurse for a blood test hardly felt it. Appointment on time no problems. Staff all friendly and plenty of parking

I received treatment at the practice and the warmth of the greeting from the receptionist and the doctor explaining everything as he went along and the reason for the hospital appointment was very helpful at putting me at ease.

On arriving at the surgry was met at reception by a very surly and grumpy male receptionist, this was not a very good impression of the practice, i don't see a doctor very often as i don't like to, but this just puts you off even more, it makes you feel like you are wasting the Dr's time.

Always welcoming at reception. Generally seen at the given appointment time, certainly within 5 minutes of that time. Treatment received is undertaken professionally and quickly with any relevant information being presented clearly.

The Dr I saw was lovely and explained everything to me in a clear way. I changed Practices 6 months ago after nearly 70 years with my previous one. Best thing I have done in a long time.
