Easy to get an appointment. Clinician was very sympathetic, understanding and thorough. Explained everything well and clearly set out the steps to be taken.

I made the same day appointment due to having signs of infection in my recent operation wounds. I saw a physician, which was okay. She was lovely and checked my wounds and I did indeed have an infection. She prescribed me antibiotics and said the doctor needed to sign this off and to call back later the same day to pick up from pharmacy next door. Again this was okay as only a few hours to wait. Called back at said time and pharmacy argued you can not get same day prescriptions, even for antibiotics. I called into the surgery to speak with the receptionist. She explained that the doctor had been very busy and hadn't signed off any prescription as yet and would be following day. I am not complaining about the doctor being busy, but if you have physicians in the lighten the load, help out why can they not hand out prescriptions. She's good enough to diagnose a problem but not give treatment.

Very efficient, went for blood test and was seen before appointment time. Very friendly staff. Would recommend surgery.

Kind, pleasant, efficient and punctual. Good parking. Staff very adept at taking blood and very welcoming, maintaining high professional standards.

Had a blood pressure check and blood test. Done on time, efficiently and the nurse put me at ease all through the appointment

The nurse i saw is credit to herself and an asset to the practice She is always very professional and very approachable with a friendly approach too My experience was excellent with her
