The practice nurse was very knowledgeable and helped me with menopause information and treatment, my appointment was on time with no waiting

Very happy with yesterday's appointment. Had a thorough conversation with my doctor about my emotional welfare. Follow on appointment booked as requested. Also getting in touch with said counselling services.

Today I saw a female GP associate. First time (to my knowledge). Great service and competent practitioner. Don’t be put off if you can’t get to see a GP. They are well trained in my opinion from my consultation.

The clinician was kind, professional, and compassionate. The appointment was on time. The surgery and toilets are always very clean. It is reasonably easy to get an appointment, more difficult if you work at 8am though.

The surgery is very clean and the receptionist are helpful and polite I have a positive attitude to the doctor who was very helpful listened to my problems I have just joined this practice and have had a positive experience

Reminded of a need for a medicines review, with [prior blood test, both appointments made over the 'phone and in a reasonable timescale. Attended for blood test. Friendly and efficient service.

Yesterday I saw a gp at the surgery for the first time. She was excellent. Professional, friendly, reassuring. Very good experience.

On arrival I was greeted by the receptionist and booked in for my appointment. Then ii saw the GP who explains the problem I have with my knee and says it needs replacing and he is referring me as a matter of urgency

I called into the practice in the morning to see if I could make an appointment and was pleased that I could see a doctor that afternoon as there had been a cancellation.
