My recent experience with this practice has been really positive. I found the online consultation form easy to navigate and then received an in person appointment within a day. A very kind and methodical doctor talked through my issues in person and I was never made to feel rushed. I always felt that I was being listened to and my concerns acknowledged, with options outlined fully. A necessary follow up appointment has also been made. I am very pleased and reassured with the care I have received.

I had a telephone consultation with my GP today. She rung me in response to the online form I had submitted earlier today. She addressed my concerns in detail and in a professional, empathetic and caring manner. In addition to the telephone consult, she also booked me an appropriate face to face follow up appointment for tomorrow with the relevant clinician, all of this arranged within few hours of submitting my request online. Thank you to my lovely GP and all staff at Woodlands for your service and hard work

I needed a new prescription per my specialist urgently and Reception and Doctors triaged and dealt with my request speedily ,despite the massive IT failure due to Crowdstrike. Thank you Woodlands.

the receptions are trying to make excuses to not to do and they are very rude and they change the appointments untill people get tired and leave they get paid for every single one if pations but they are just do nothing ihave seen many elderly aswell that they just made them leave if you read this GP reviews more than 90% are negative and reception didnt guve me an appointment told me we dont make an appointment face to face you have to go home and when i call from home they didn't answer.even told me when i was there im not gonna give you an appointment.they are worth i have been 2 different places regester that they were perfect.thank you
