Seen to be a lovely lady on reception today and I have to give her 10/10 for how lovely and welcoming she was. Came into the surgery today feeling extremely anxious after my walk to the surgery because of the ongoing right wing riots. I wasn't sure what to expect at the surgery today since there is so much widespread racism at the moment. I was so positively surprised to be welcomed by a warm smile by m. I came to drop off a urine sample, however did not have a sample ready and was not ready to go. m was fantastic, she offered me a glass of water then noticed I had a coffee, I explained it was too hot, so she gives me some water to cool it down. m was so friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond and was so friendly in the process. Such a lovely interaction that has brightened up my day. m, you are an asset to the surgery, I wish there were more people like you in the world :)
