    This remarkable practice has excelled yet again. My wife has been ill recently to the extent we needed assistance. The support from the surgery was magnificent. The next day we had brilliant help in analysing the situation then ensuring we had hospital support immediately. Communications as well as the treatment support were exceptionally good. Consistently high standards continue to be the hallmark of Woodland and Middle Chare. The cheeriness and professionalism of al on reception gives me a lift whenever I visit. Similarly, the nurses provide an instant conference that all is well. We are looked after by truly caring and brilliant practitioners. Our continued good health for our age is down to the ongoing diligence of these wonderful people. At all times we are made to feel valued, that we are people not just a number. Woodlands/ Middle Chare is the very best of the NHS in action. We are privileged to have them there to look after us. Long may we cherish all at the practice. Many, many thanks to all. Every good wish for the future.

    I was prescribed antibiotics at a recent GP appointment but was still poorly after the course was finished. After providing a sample for the lab, I was in the hands of the hospital. A member of reception took it upon herself to relentlessly chase up the results and contact me to give any update, also reassuring me and giving advice. She contacted me immediately when a new prescription was ready to collect. All of the staff at the surgery are helpful but on this occasion she went above and beyond to chase this up and assist me. Thank you

    It took 3 days of calling to get through and get an appointment. Got an appointment for the alternative surgery which is 3 miles away. Went for the appointment during work hours only for the appointment to be 50 minutes late with no acknowledgment of this from the receptionist. The GP I saw was then a junior who had to confirm what she was doing with another doctor before giving me a call back later that day to confirm!!
