I have never had a problem with this surgery, the reception team are lovely when on the phone, I’ve managed to book appointments with ease. The nursing team are fantastic, I took my little boy and he was treated with antibiotics straight away, I wasn’t made to feel like an over worrying parent. I put in a meditation request for an alternative meditation and this was actioned without any hassle. Great surgery.

My mother was cared for and followed up with caring treatment and advice. I have recently moved into the area and registered, have also found the people working there very kind and helpful.

I cannot thank four of your amazing nurses (they know who they are) enough for all the care they have given me day in day out since my operation. My life has been turned upside down and these ladies make me smile, wipe my tears when every thing becomes too much and have nursed my wounds and my heart daily. You are extremely fortunate to have these four amazing ladies and i wish the thank you I say daily would be enough. It just never seems it. I feel as a practice as you are so big now maybe you need more nurses to support the wonderful nurses you have. Please if you can award them a gift for their amazing service i would be extremely grateful

Enquired about blood test and issue relating to my concerns etc.. felt assured that help 'was on its way' by the administration team, sorted a phone call and was able to allow someone talk for me in my absence due to work (nhs shifts) had the phone call, taken by an excellent doctor. Cannot thankyou enough for the help I have received as I have not only had reduced symptoms since medication but my blood test has been expanded to find potential issues relating to my issue which i dodnt think of, i feel really great about the practice and the help received. Social media doesn't observe the great team you guys have only the negative... boo to them, please keep up the good work. 👍
