After a few months of treatment for under arm and eye skin tag removal I am completely clear of all my skin tags. This treatment was performed by my doctor and nurse at Woodsetton Medical Centre Dudley who were both brilliant. They have completely changed my outlook as far as my body image is concerned as this has always been a major concern for me and I could not wear anything without sleeves. I thank them both from the bottom of my heart.

Lost faith in this Dr Practice. Last Dr I saw about my mental health seemed dismissive and uninterested. Hardly engaged with me and I left feeling worse than when I went in. They were supposed to send me email with link for autism questionnaire to help see if I could find out if I'm on the spectrum...never received this. You never see the same Dr, I can't remember last time I saw an experienced compassionate Dr there. It's usually a paramedic or junior Dr and most of the time you just feel fobbed off, like you are a burden or wasting their time. I put off going usually and have decided it's best to look into switching practices. There seems to be a real disconnect between staff, Dr's and the patients/community they are there to support. It's hard to ask for help at the best of times but when you have no faith in your Dr to be there for you when you are at your lowest, well it leaves people feeling helpless. I've struggled with anxiety and depression for a number of years and I wish I had a more supportive community Dr that I could rely on. I wonder how many other people in the community feel the same?

The receptionist (not too sure what her name is) is so rude and dismissive. She doesn’t listen to what you’re saying, she just wants to rush you off the phone. I asked for advice for something I was given by my doctor and she told me to go to urgent care?? Clearly not listening to what I have to say. Her tone of voice is so rude, not welcoming at all. I’ve been with this surgery since 2016 and I can honestly say that they’re going downhill. Train your receptionist to be more empathetic, understanding and teach them about basic medical knowledge. No help what so ever!!

Spent 3 days ringing the number constantly over 200 redials to finally get onto the system then get put on hold for 45 minutes to find out that all the appointments have gone(hardly a surprise). On third day the reception said they would get the in-house pharmacist to ring me, I did explain that they wouldn't be able to but they insisted. I did receive a phone call back from them 6 hours later and they couldn't help me but promised me that they would get the reception to ring me back and organise an appointment with a doctor. That was a Friday afternoon so I wasn't hopeful and it is now Tuesday and I am still waiting and writing this as I dial for the 115 time trying in vain to make a non existent appointment. Very very poor service.

I can not praise the help of the GP from this practice enough once you can get past the Reception staff ! Unfortunately my experience with 3 of the Reception staff has been mixed, with one particular extremely upsetting episode. We are currently going through end of life care and the lack of compassion, care and understanding has been far from acceptable from the Reception team. Investment of Customer Service training would really benefit this practice and I would hope reduce the number of times patients feel frustrated with the service access.
