First, it is very difficult to get an appointment by phone or by directly visiting. Then there is no consideration of someone's personal circumstances when dealing with patients. I visited surgery as my medication was changed temporarily and I needed to know if I should continue on old or new medication. Phoned them several times but not able to book a phone appointment so visited them at 8:30 morning. Receptionist mentioned that all appointments for the day are booked and she can't help. They should consider someone's health condition and find alternatives rather than just saying 'no appointment'. What if the medications would have adverse impact or if medication got over; that would be disastrous but seems surgery doesn't care.
