Went today for routine smear..nurse was so welcoming explained everything to me, had a chat and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse even helped me book a blood test and a GP appointment.

I had the nurse phone for my results of my blood test and went through we me what it meant. Also help me with some medication changes

The nurses at the practice are very helpful and have done an excellent job with me, after a nasty gash on my leg, and my very delicate skin I have been very pleased with the results

Yesterday I used the automated queue for call back. It seems I was forgotten. There was no call back. I called back myself 5 hours after waiting. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks to be contacted by the HRT nurse because I’m not responding well to the treatment. I was told she’s been away. Seems I was forgotten again. I really thought this experience was going to be different.

Very short time wait to get an appointment from point of booking. Doctor was patient and listened to my concerns before responding and agreeing a way forward with me.

The staff were helpful and the practice nurse was gentle and efficient removing my stitches She put me at ease immediately with her cheerful friendly manner Everything was clean and tidy and every part of procedure was conducted to a hygienic standard

A very quick response to my enquiry and a really informative call from the practice nurse. She dealt with my initial health needs and then additional advice I now have a really well formulated plan for health improvement. I’ve always had excellent service from every single member of the Wrafton health team. Too marks.

The practice nurse was very friendly and listened very patiently to my problem and very understanding. I really felt the care in her voice .She give me very good advice and help me out with urgent prescription request .

Had my first smear test at this GP after putting it off for over a year. Honestly the best experience I could’ve asked for! My nurse was so wonderfully warm, bubbly and reassuring, and made me feel so so comfortable (which is really important for a procedure as intimate as this!). Had a previous bad experience at a gynaecologist so I had my apprehensions, but this completely changed my perspective on the whole thing. She explained the process and medical background of the smear beforehand to ensure I understood the importance of it and knew what to expect, and the procedure itself was quick, easy and painless. She regularly checked in with me and made sure to put my comfort first throughout the entire appointment. I've been registered at this GP for 15+ years and this is the first time I've been compelled to write a review - by far the most pleasant and validating experience I've had here. This nurse is truly an asset to Wrafton House and I hope she is treated as such! I also received the letter with my results just a few days after the appointment which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated given the sensitive and worrisome nature of this kind of appointment. Lovely experience all in all!
