I enquired with the GP in regards to my prescription medication. The pharmacist told me my medication was out of stock, so I contacted the GP. We discussed plans for alternatives. After 3 hours of waiting I was contacted by the pharmaceutical GP with an alternative medication brand. I was told it was ready and waiting for me to pick up at the pharmacy. Very pleased that a 3 day wait was only 3 hours. Would highly recommend. Service was phenomenal

My family have been registered with Wrythe Green Surgery for over 40 years and have always found every interaction exceptional. We’ve often wondered how it’s been possible for the surgery to recruit such caring doctors, nurses and support admin staff over the many many years we’ve been there. My mum recently passed away at 92 years of age and the surgery went to extra ordinary lengths to ensure her final journey was dignified and completed within our religious timelines giving our family peace and comfort during the sad time. We will always be in awe and grateful to the team at Wryth Green Surgery.

Have been under this practice for 28 years my wife for over 30 years.Nave needed their services twice recently.The care I have received, particularly from one Doctor,has been kind, caring and understanding.When I have had cause to speak to receptionist's,the attitude has been the same.Empathetic and professional.Over the years I have seen several different Doctors,but it doesn't matter who you see,you get the same excellent and reassuring treatment.I recently attended for potential prostate problems, blood tests arranged and came back negative.Saw my go to Doctor this morning.Gave me advice on what to do and to seek further advice if I needed to

I have been coming for a good while due to ulcers on my leg. I have always seen the same nurse. My leg required compression dressings over a long period of time. She has been sympathetic, helpful, professional, understanding and friendly person for what has been a difficult time in curing the ulcers. I could not have asked for any better treatment than she has given me. Thank you again.

Been a patient here a number of years usually excellent care and good service infrastructure. Today sent an e mail to inform my GP of an assessment I had had and needed a referral from this assessment as we had previously agreed during a telephone discussion. E mail returned don’t do it that way any more had to fill in another process on line, link sent. This process is word limited........had to leave significant information out (frustrating) then when it came to fill in my own details the link closed down. No idea if this was sent or not. Terrible terrible system. Now I have to arrange a telephone consultation a total waste of my time and my GP’s

Dear Gill, Thank you for your feedback. We can understand your frustration with this matter. I can confirm that we did receive your email with the detailed information regarding your referral update, and it was passed onto Dr Wells. In future, I will make sure that Reception acknowledges emails such as yours. We ask patients to use our email address as little as possible, as we receive a large number of queries and information from other healthcare providers, prescription requests from pharmacies and other general professional queries. The new system that we ask you to use (Accurx) has been rolled out by the NHS for patients to contact the Surgery, as it is much safer and secure. Any requests we receive via Accurx automatically gets saved onto the patient records, meaning that clinicians are able to view all queries/questions in one place (your medical records). One of our receptionists did send you a text message to advise your query had been forwarded to Dr Wells, and he will respond in due course. I hope this clarifies any misunderstanding of our new system. If you ever need to ask any questions, Reception are always here to help
